Police reports for Monday, May 30, 2016

Domestic dispute

• At 10:35 a.m. Saturday, a 50-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault in the 3700 block of McGinnis Drive. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drug activity

• At 2:38 p.m. Friday, a confidential investigation was conducted regarding a report of drug activity in the Juneau area.

Found property

• At 2:12 p.m. Friday, a purse was turned in to police for safekeeping.

Outstanding warrant

• At 8:58 a.m. Saturday, Adam Larson, 31, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license. Larsen was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.

Theft

• At 2:28 a.m. Saturday, an investigation continued into the possible theft of jewelry in the 1200 block of Ninth Street.

Traffic complaint

• At 3:26 p.m. Friday, John Kobbe, 53, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and violating conditions of release in the 9100 block of Mendenhall mall Road. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

Traffic stop

• At 9 a.m. Friday, a 26-year-old man was arrested for driving without a valid license in the 3400 block of Glacier Highway. He was cited and released at the scene.

Vandalism

• At 12:18 a.m. Saturday, a 34-year-old woman reported an unknown person vandalized her home sometime between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Friday.

Vehicle accident

• At 7:24 p.m. Friday, a 61-year-old man reported his 2002 Ford Explorer was struck while parked in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive. The vehicle sustained $400 in damage.
