The culprit or culprits who spraypainted explicit phrases on cars in October are still at large.
At about 10:10 a.m. Oct. 25, the Juneau Police Department received a report that five vehicles at a business in the 4700 block of North Douglas Highway had been vandalized. The vehicles had various lines of spraypaint on them, and two of them had phrases painted on them, which were “F — Trump” and “ANTIFA/304.”
The vandalism didn’t stop there, as a homemade fire bomb was found near the business. The fire bomb hadn’t caused any damage, but a JPD investigation showed that it was likely left by the same subjects who vandalized the cars. The estimated damage to the vehicles is about $50.
