Clifford John K. White, 29, has been out of contact for several weeks, according to family members who reported him missing on Oct. 31, said Lt. Krag Campbell in a news release.

White is an Alaska Native man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, of medium build and has black hair. According to police, White has been out of contact with family members for three weeks. Friends of White’s reported seeing him approximately two weeks ago and said he was possibly spotted downtown in the last week, Campbell said.
