Public program offered on grief and loss during the holidays

The Widowed Persons Program and Hospice & Home Care of Juneau will hold “Grief, Loss & the Holidays,” a free public program, at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in the Community Room at Fireweed Place (415 Willoughby Avenue).

This program is for anyone grieving through the loss of a loved one. It will offer suggestions on how to navigate through the holiday season and participants will learn how to create new traditions that pay tribute to the memory of their loved one. Light refreshments will be served.
