To help visitors enjoy tonight’s gallery walk, the City and Borough of Juneau has announced some changes to parking downtown during the event.
From 4-8 p.m., Front Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between Franklin Street and Seward Street.
In addition, the CBJ is creating a parking holiday. Starting at 3 p.m. parking will be free at the Shoppers’ Lot, the North Franklin Lot, the Downtown Transportation Center, the Marine Parking Garage and the Marine Park Plaza.
On-street parking will not be limited to two hours: Drivers can park for the duration of the event.
