WASILLA — A Wasilla man died Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash northeast of the city.
Alaska State Troopers say a car driven by 22-year-old William Fletcher was eastbound on Bogard Road when it swerved into the westbound lane and struck a pickup driven by 46-year-old Jeffrey Noffke of Wasilla.
Noffke sustained minor injuries that did not require a hospital visit.
Fletcher suffered serious injuries and died at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center.
Troopers took a call on the crash just after 9 a.m. and continue to investigate.
Fletcher’s car has been the subject of a dangerous driver call before the crash.
