Clark was Finn’s girlfriend and knew about the scheme; she was arrested for possessing heroin with intent to deliver and later pleaded guilty to one of the two felony drug charges. On June 1, Superior Court Judge Philip Pallenberg revoked her probation and ordered that she serve one year and 364 days of her suspended prison time.
