Here is a list of recent indictments and judgments recorded in Juneau District and Superior courts.

• Daricka J. Clark, 32, was found guilty of violating conditions of probation on March 8. Clark’s 2014 arrest stemmed from her part in a Costco burglary and drug conspiracy case, in which Joseph Finn and Stanley Stauffer pleaded guilty to one count of drug conspiracy in federal court. Clark was Finn’s girlfriend and knew about the scheme; she was arrested for possessing heroin with intent to deliver and later pleaded guilty to one of the two felony drug charges. On June 1, Superior Court Judge Philip Pallenberg revoked her probation and ordered that she serve one year and 364 days of her suspended prison time.

• Morgan L. Knutson, 49, was indicted Wednesday on one count of felony driving under the influence with two or more prior convictions, in connection with a June 3 arrest. He is set to be arraigned in Superior Court on Wednesday.

• Jennifer G. Brown, 39, was sentenced on May 24 on one count of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance dating to a May 9, 2016, arrest, and a copy of the judgment was entered on June 8. Charges for arrests on May 11, May 24 and May 27, 2016, were dismissed at the sentencing hearing. Brown was sentenced to four years in prison with credit for time served.

• Juneau District Court Judge Thomas Nave convicted Jasmine Paula White, 26, of violating probation for a 2015 DWI conviction because she did not complete the Juneau Alcohol Safety Action Program, an intervention program. A suspended jail term of 40 days was reimposed and re-suspended, as was a $1,500 fine. Probation was reinstated for 24 months.

• Derik L. Wythe, 33, was found guilty of violating conditions of probation with three petitions to revoke filed on Dec. 30, 2016, Jan. 31 and Feb. 7, in connection with a 2012 burglary conviction. He was to serve 20 days of his suspended sentence, with credit for time he spent in custody between Feb. 9 and Feb. 28.

• Joshua Franklin, 29, was found guilty of violating conditions of probation on March 24; his probation was modified to order that he reside in an inpatient treatment program for up to six months at the direction of his probation officer. He was released to probation with time served.
