David Frank Blackwell died Nov. 13, 2018.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 8, at 10:30 a.m. at the First Church of God on Ka See Ann Drive, with a small reception following. Then at Louie’s on Douglas, a reception in the afternoon from 1-4 p.m.
