Gaylen Brevik of Lynden, Washington, died on April 10, 2018, as a result of complications after the double lung transplant he received in September. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Lynden United Methodist Church, 500 North 14th Street, Lynden, WA 98264. In lieu of flower, memorials in Gaylen’s name may be sent to the Trustees’ Fund at LUMC.
