Kim H. Grimes, born Oct. 2, 1955, died Feb. 3, 2019, in Juneau.
Grimes was born in Fresno, California, to Donald and Geraldine Grimes of Clovis, California, who survive him.
He is survived by his children Kyle and (Celeste) Grimes, of Haines, Alaska, Erin Funderburk, of Kennewick, Washington, Lindsay Norsa, of San Diego, California; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother Kirk (Susan) Grimes; one nephew and Julie Banfield Moe, of Juneau, mother of their three children.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Wildflower Court, Yacht Club, 2000 Salmon Creek Lane. Remembrances may be made in his honor to Wildflower Court or The Salvation Army.
