Thunder Mountain swim and dive traveled to Sitka High School this weekend while Juneau-Douglas competed at Petersburg.
Sitka beat Thunder Mountain in men’s and women’s team scores with respective point totals of 199-78 and 115-96. JDHS won the women’s meets both Friday and Saturday, out-kicking Petersburg (96 points) and Ketchikan (72) with 97 total points Friday. The Crimson Bears women won with 99 points to the Vikings’ 87 and Kayhi’s 78 on Saturday.
The JDHS boys placed third Friday with 45 points to Kayhi’s 122 and Petersburg’s 86. The Crimson Bears boys fared slightly better on Saturday with 55 points to Kayhi’s 111 and Petersburg’s 111.
