Juneau-Douglas High School: Yadaa.at Kalé football player Jayden Johnson was named Alaska Sports Report’s Alaska Athlete of the Week after amassing 171 yards on five touches and scoring two touchdowns to help Juneau beat Service 48-6 Saturday in Juneau.
The multi-dimensional senior racked up 58 yards receiving, 58 yards rushing and 55 passing for the game.
Johnson is arguably the most exciting athlete in the CIC and his performance Saturday only strengthened that notion. The big-play magnet averaged 34.2 yards per touch for the game.
