Player of the Week: Finn Morley

Finn Morley is the Juneau Empire’s player of the week.

Morley, a sophomore at Juneau-Douglas High School, finished third on the team and 17th overall in Saturday’s Palmer Invitational. One of four JDHS harriers to complete the 5-kilometer race in under 18 minutes, Morley aided the team in capturing second place, an improvement of three places from last season at the same meet.

Morley and the JDHS cross country team run in the Ketchikan Invitational on Saturday. The Region V Cross Country Championships is the following weekend on the Treadwell Mine Historic Area trails.
